Normally, you should be able to recover your investment within a year’s time, provided you have taken all the four franchisees together, namely, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and IELTS. By taking all the franchisees of all 3 countries, we can offer a range of choices to the client depending upon their skill sets and personal contacts. |

How does the Commissioning system work? |
| |
Your job is to convince the client about the Immigration process. Nowadays, every other person is keen on migrating. So convincing a client is not a very big problem. Canada, for example, allowed about 225,000 people to immigrate in 2000 and increased this target for 2001 to 300,000 people. Canada is committed to its national policy of multiculturalism and will continue to live up to its heritage of cultural diversity. |

Apart from the growing immigration needs, our fee structure is very competitive and we maintain a very high level of client service. Depending upon your performance, you may get up to 25% of commission. Considering a very moderate projection of 5 clients per month, per country, you will be dealing with 5x3x12=180 clients in a year’s time. Our experience shows that you will be getting a similar number of clients for IELTS coaching. The benefit implication to you is explained in the following 2 scenarios. |

What is my role in this scheme of things? |
| |
This can be a very lucrative business if properly handled, but it does not happen instantly. It requires real commitment. We need trustworthy and diligent representatives and we hope you can help us. In turn, we expect from you to undertake a market research of your intended area of operations, particularly regarding your competition and your various advertising options; we also expect you to prepare an advertising plan, finance and implement it and provide us with appropriate supporting evidence. We expect you to have a presentable office to meet your clients, full-time professional staff, fluent in English and in the regional language and all office equipment required of a 21st Century dynamic business operation.
